Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Abhinay Enterprises, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure that every order is carefully checked before dispatch.

No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns of any products once they have been delivered to the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at officialabhinay@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and, if the issue is verified, provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all tissue papers, paper napkins, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, disposable paper products, and other personal-use products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Customers are requested to carefully review product specifications before placing an order.

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for products that have been delivered successfully.

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

• The order was not delivered due to our error.

• The product received is significantly different from the item ordered and the claim is approved by us.

• The order is cancelled by us before shipment.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
